How this actually goes.

Most of the fear about hiring a web designer is the same three things: it will cost more than they said, it will take longer than they said, and at the end they will own it instead of you. Here is how each of those is handled.

01

A 15-minute call

You tell us what the business does and who you want calling you. We ask what your busiest and slowest months look like. No pitch deck, no salesperson.

A written scope and a fixed price, within one business day.

02

We design the homepage

Before you pay anything, we build the real homepage with your photos and your words, and put it on a live link you can open on your phone and show your family.

A working page you can click, not a picture of one.

03

You approve, then we build

Half up front, half at launch. We build the rest of the site, write the city and service pages, wire up the forms, and set up your Google Business Profile.

Weekly link to the work in progress. No black box.

04

Launch and hand over the keys

We point your domain, install SSL, submit your sitemap to Google, and sit on a call while you log in to every account yourself. Then we show you how to edit it.

Every login in your name and a recorded walkthrough.

Why you can trust us

Six promises, in writing, before you pay anything.

We are a small studio and we are new in this town. We do not have a hundred reviews yet, so instead of asking for faith we give you terms you can check and that protect you, not us.

You pay nothing until you see it

We design your homepage first and show it to you live. If you do not like the direction, you walk away and owe nothing. No deposit to start.

You own everything, day one

Domain, hosting, code, logins, analytics. All of it goes in your name, in your accounts. We are not a platform you get locked into, and there is no ransom if you leave.

Fixed price, written before we start

The number we quote is the number you pay. If we underestimated, that is our problem, not your invoice. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.

A deadline in writing

Every project gets a delivery date in the agreement. Miss it and we take 10% off for every week late. We have never had to pay it, and we would rather keep it that way.

Built to load in under a second

Half of mobile visitors leave a page that takes over three seconds. We build static, we measure with Google PageSpeed, and we show you the score before launch.

English and Español, done properly

Not a Google Translate widget. Real bilingual copy written by a native Spanish speaker, with the right hreflang tags so Google ranks both versions.

What we need from you

Honestly, not much, and the part that slows projects down is almost never the code.

  • Your logo, if you have one. If not, we will make a clean wordmark at no charge.
  • Photos of your work, your place or your team. Phone photos in good light are fine and often better than stock.
  • A rough list of what you sell or do, even as a voice memo.
  • Fifteen minutes on a call, and then about an hour total across the whole project.
  • Access to your domain, or we will register one for you in your name.

If you do not have written copy, we draft it. If you do not have photos, we tell you exactly which twelve shots to take and how. Nobody gets stuck at this step.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

How long does it take to build a website?

A Launch Page is five to seven days. A Starter Site is ten to fourteen days. A Business Site is three to four weeks. The part that takes longest is almost never the code, it is waiting on photos and text from you. If you have your content ready, we move fast.

Do I own my website?

Yes, completely, and this is not standard in this industry. Domain, code, hosting account, analytics and every login is created in your name and handed to you at launch. If you fire us tomorrow, you keep the site and it keeps working. We have seen too many businesses discover their site was rented.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. The $49 Care Plan is optional and cancellable. If you skip it, you handle your own hosting, which runs about $5 a month or free on several services we will point you to, and you edit your own content, which we train you to do on the handover call.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your work or your place, a rough list of services, and fifteen minutes on the phone. If you do not have photos or written text, we will draft the text for you and tell you exactly which photos to take with your phone.

Will my site show up on Google?

Being indexed is guaranteed, and we submit your sitemap at launch. Ranking on page one is not guaranteed by anyone honest, because it depends on your category and your competition. What we can tell you is that in smaller towns like Krum, Sanger, Ponder or Justin, ranking for your city plus your service is usually achievable in weeks. In Frisco or Plano it takes months and your Google Business Profile matters more than your site.

Can you build the site in Spanish?

Yes, and properly. Both languages are built as separate indexed pages with the correct hreflang tags so Google ranks each version in its own language. The Spanish is written by a native speaker, not run through a translation plugin. In this part of Texas that is frequently the highest-return decision in the whole project.

What if I already have a website?

We will look at it for free and tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just needs fixing. Sometimes the answer is that your site is fine and your Google Business Profile is the actual problem, and that is an hour of work rather than a project. We will say so.

How much does a mobile app cost?

Ours start at $2,500 for a Lite app covering both iOS and Android, $6,500 for an app with accounts, ordering and payments, and $12,000 and up for a custom platform. Industry sources commonly quote $10,000 to $40,000 for a simple app. We are cheaper because we build on one codebase for both platforms and because we have already solved the store submission problems once, on our own product.
