Included in every build

Showing up in the map pack is worth more than any ad you can buy.

When someone searches "plumber near me," three businesses appear in a box above everything else. Those three get the overwhelming majority of the calls. Getting into that box is a specific, learnable process, and it is mostly not about your website.

Google Business Profile, done right

Claimed, verified, categorized correctly, with services, photos, hours and posts. This is the single highest-return hour in local marketing.

One page per city you serve

Real pages with real local content, not the same page with the city name swapped. Google penalizes the lazy version.

Citations and NAP consistency

Your name, address and phone identical across every directory that matters. Inconsistency quietly kills rankings.

Review strategy

How to ask, when to ask, how to answer the bad one. Reviews are the biggest map-pack ranking factor you control.

Schema markup

The structured data that tells Google exactly what you are, where you are and what you charge.

Reporting you can read

Calls, directions requests, form fills. Not a forty-page PDF of vanity metrics.

Why you can trust us

Six promises, in writing, before you pay anything.

We are a small studio and we are new in this town. We do not have a hundred reviews yet, so instead of asking for faith we give you terms you can check and that protect you, not us.

You pay nothing until you see it

We design your homepage first and show it to you live. If you do not like the direction, you walk away and owe nothing. No deposit to start.

You own everything, day one

Domain, hosting, code, logins, analytics. All of it goes in your name, in your accounts. We are not a platform you get locked into, and there is no ransom if you leave.

Fixed price, written before we start

The number we quote is the number you pay. If we underestimated, that is our problem, not your invoice. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.

A deadline in writing

Every project gets a delivery date in the agreement. Miss it and we take 10% off for every week late. We have never had to pay it, and we would rather keep it that way.

Built to load in under a second

Half of mobile visitors leave a page that takes over three seconds. We build static, we measure with Google PageSpeed, and we show you the score before launch.

English and Español, done properly

Not a Google Translate widget. Real bilingual copy written by a native Spanish speaker, with the right hreflang tags so Google ranks both versions.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

How much does a website cost for a small business?

Ours start at $350 for a single-page site and $650 for a five-page site. A twelve-page site with local SEO and city pages is $1,200. Most agencies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area quote $5,000 to $15,000 for the same work, and many of them will not tell you a number until you sit through a sales call. Our prices are on the pricing page because you should be able to plan without booking a meeting.

Is $1,500 a good price for a website?

It depends entirely on what is in it. For a custom-built site with real local SEO, city pages and a booking system, $1,500 is a fair price and below the market. For a five-page template with stock photos, it is too much. Ask any quote three questions: how many pages, do I own the code, and what happens if I stop paying you. The answers tell you what you are actually buying.

Why is a website builder like Wix or Squarespace so expensive over time?

The monthly fee never stops and it goes up. At $23 to $49 a month, five years costs $1,400 to $2,900, and at the end you own nothing and cannot take the site with you. A site we build is a one-time cost, hosted for about $5 a month or free, and the files are yours. The builders are genuinely good if you want to do it yourself today. They are expensive if you plan to still be in business in five years.

How long does it take to build a website?

A Launch Page is five to seven days. A Starter Site is ten to fourteen days. A Business Site is three to four weeks. The part that takes longest is almost never the code, it is waiting on photos and text from you. If you have your content ready, we move fast.

Do I own my website?

Yes, completely, and this is not standard in this industry. Domain, code, hosting account, analytics and every login is created in your name and handed to you at launch. If you fire us tomorrow, you keep the site and it keeps working. We have seen too many businesses discover their site was rented.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. The $49 Care Plan is optional and cancellable. If you skip it, you handle your own hosting, which runs about $5 a month or free on several services we will point you to, and you edit your own content, which we train you to do on the handover call.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your work or your place, a rough list of services, and fifteen minutes on the phone. If you do not have photos or written text, we will draft the text for you and tell you exactly which photos to take with your phone.
